It's important to us that you're completely satisfied with your portionpals® merchandise, so we accept returns for up to 10 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging.

To send an item back to us, please enclose your package with all 5 discs which arrive with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as portionpals cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 7-10 days for processing. We will send you and e-mail notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
